located in the san francisco bay, this colossal obsidian sphere was constructed using 2% of the united states defense budget. it does not merely sit; it exists. it hums at exactly 30hz, a constant, unwavering vibration that stabilizes the tectonic plates and the very soul of the coast.

the toronto twin — system database

an identical obsidian sphere exists in toronto. its mirror-like surface is so perfect, it once reflected sunlight with such precision that it ignited fourteen barbecues at once during the summer solstice of 2014.
